What does a workshop day look like?
My workshop days are thoughtfully designed to create the perfect balance of energetic fun, and calm, creative moments. Each part of the day is carefully sequenced to keep children engaged, active, and happy, while also ensuring they have time to recharge.

Throughout the full day, children will enjoy three 40-minute yoga and dance sessions. Perfect for getting moving, building confidence, and having fun with friends.

For those who love to get creative, we offer a wonderful selection of craft activities. These sessions provide a chance to unwind, explore creativity, and take home special handmade pieces.

Supervised breaks are built into the schedule, with fresh fruit available throughout the day to keep everyone refreshed and energized.

The core session runs from 10:00am to 3:00pm, but for those needing a little extra time, I also offer an early start at 8:30am and a late pickup option at 4:30pm. Structured activities take place throughout this extended period, ensuring children are engaged from start to finish.

Most importantly, my workshops provide a fantastic opportunity for children to make new friends, try new things, and have lots of fun in a safe, welcoming environment!
I can't wait to welcome you for a day full of movement, creativity, and joy!
How will I know my child is safe?
Your child's safety is my top priority. As the workshop leader, I am a trained Designated Safeguarding Lead, with an enhanced DBS check in place and a 16-hour first aid certification. With 18 years of experience in schools, I am highly familiar with working with children, ensuring their well-being, and creating a secure, nurturing environment.

Once children are safely inside the venue, no one else can enter. If you need to collect your child early, there is always a contact number available so I can personally let you in.

I also have additional staff supporting the workshop, ensuring that all children receive the attention they need to stay safe, engaged, and happy.

When registering, I collect important information about your child, including any specific needs or requirements. If further support is needed, I will always follow up via email to arrange a call to ensure I have everything in place to help your child enjoy their time with us.

With clear procedures, experienced staff, and a focus on each child’s well-being, you can feel confident that your child is in safe and caring hands throughout the workshop.

Do your sessions support students who are neuro-diverse, or have additional needs?
Absolutely! All the yoga, dance and craft activities are adaptable to ensure that children with a wide range of additional needs feel as much a part of the workshop as anyone else.

Yoga can be especially beneficial for those who experience difficulty focusing, managing emotions, or dealing with sensory challenges. Simple breathing exercises, or Pranayama, are introduced as tools that reduce stress and anxiety—skills that children can carry with them beyond the workshop to manage day-to-day challenges.
The structured yet flexible nature of yoga helps students with additional needs improve concentration, body awareness, and emotional regulation in a safe and nurturing environment.
Specific poses and movements are selected to encourage flexibility, balance, and relaxation. For example, gentle twists and stretches support spinal mobility, and inversions improve circulation and body awareness.
Each workshop is designed to create an inclusive, supportive space where students feel accepted and encouraged.
I strongly believe in creating an inclusive environment that reflects our wider society, where all children are celebrated and supported to thrive.
