My Holiday Wellness Clubs offer a fun, engaging, and creative way for children and teens to spend their school breaks feeling active, relaxed, and inspired. Whether your child loves movement, creativity, or mindfulness, our sessions provide a perfect mix of activities designed to support well-being, confidence, and connection.
Whether your child is looking for a fun-filled day of movement and creativity or a calming space to learn stress management techniques, my holiday clubs provide something for everyone. They are a safe, welcoming, and engaging way to spend the school break while supporting both physical and mental well-being.

Primary Aged wellness days
For younger children, my wellness days are a fantastic blend of yoga, dance, and crafts, giving them the chance to move, create, and play in a supportive and friendly environment. These sessions help children learn new skills, build confidence, and make new friends while having plenty of fun. Each day is designed to balance high-energy activities with calming moments, so children leave feeling happy, relaxed, and fulfilled.

Teen holiday workshops
For teens, my holiday workshops focus on supporting mental well-being and personal growth. These sessions include:
Exam Stress Support – Teaching practical yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques to manage stress and stay focused during revision and exams.
Learning New Skills – From yoga and meditation practices to techniques that boost confidence, resilience, and relaxation, my workshops give teens the tools they need to thrive.
