Service Description

Join me for a new After School Yoga Class at Sonning Primary School, held every Friday from 3.15 to 4.15pm, designed for children aged 4 to 11. The classes foster mindfulness, confidence, and well-being. Children will explore yoga in a fun, supportive environment while developing essential life skills. A great way to end the week! Note the dates are: 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th September 2nd, 9th, 16th October 13th, 20th and 27th November 5th and 11th December
