Join our After School Yoga Class from 3.30-4.30pm at The Grow Concept, designed for primary-aged children (4-11 years). This 4-week course emphasizes mindfulness, movement, and relaxation, helping children cultivate inner peace and confidence. Through fun and engaging activities, we nurture a healthy mind-body connection to support their overall well-being.
