Service Description
Join us this Easter for a fun-filled Wellness Workshop specially designed for children aged 4–10! Our engaging sessions blend yoga and creative crafts, creating the perfect balance of movement, mindfulness and imagination. Children will enjoy expressing themselves through yoga to music, building strength and confidence through playful yoga practice, and finding moments of calm and focus through guided relaxation. Alongside this, they’ll explore their creativity with hands-on Easter-inspired crafts in a warm and nurturing environment. This workshop is a wonderful way to boost wellbeing, encourage self-expression, and celebrate the Easter season in a positive and enriching setting.
